Empowering SMEs with JICA and MSMEDA

The collaboration between JICA, MSMEDA, and myself, alongside my co-consultant Dr. Lamees Koura, on the project “Improving the Business Competitiveness of MSMEs through Enhancement of Business Development Services” was a rewarding experience. It highlighted the power of strategic support in driving the growth and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises. Focused on SMEs in the Marghem Complex, the project provided tailored marketing strategies, on-ground campaigns, and actionable recommendations to address the unique challenges and opportunities of each business.

Judging Competitions & Supporting Innovators

It was a pleasure to participate as a judge at Enactus Egypt National Competition 2024, where the energy and innovation were truly inspiring. I was also honored to be invited to the AIBE SAMS Marketing Conference 2024, witnessing fierce competition and remarkable participants. Additionally, I had the privilege of judging the Startups Olympics at SRTA-City and Borg Al Arab Technological University, where the caliber of innovation made choosing a winner a real challenge.

Supporting and encouraging future innovators remains a passion, and I look forward to seeing their continued success.

Startups Olympics Program

I'm thrilled to have completed an intensive three-day program at Modern Sciences and Arts University along with four additional training days at City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (SRTA-City), as part of the Startups Olympics program by Mentors'. These sessions aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed for the upcoming Startups Olympics competition under the umbrella of Innovators Support Fund (ISF).

It was a privilege to deliver the Marketing Planning for Startups workshop, with two exceptional groups of founders — women entrepreneurs and sustainable startups. The initiative, in collaboration with Orange Digital Center Egypt and Mentors'.

It was my absolute pleasure to join the exceptional team of Dandara Al Ebdaa, along with the distinguished judges and mentors, to provide support to entrepreneurs in Upper Egypt. Witnessing the remarkable development and growth of these entrepreneurs since my first visit to South Valley University-Qena two years ago has been incredibly inspiring.

Last week marked the completion of “Practical Social Media Marketing” program with Arab Organization for Industrialization. I was honored of helping their teams explore the latest technologies to plan and execute social media strategies. Looking forward to future collaborations.
